Games

Just as in today's culture, there were games for adults as well as children in pre-Columbian Florida societies. Some games were solely a source of entertainment while others taught and honed life skills (such as military tactics and memory improvement).

In this workshop you will make a set of wooden Lightening sticks or craft a doll from corn husks and spanish moss.

You will learn to play many ancient games such as chunkey and the hop and stick games. This is an interesting work shop for young and old alike.
